YOUR MISSION: - You will be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team! - You will be the perfect example of a Big Mamma brand ambassador by giving a warm, welcoming and professional first impression to each and every guest. - You will lead the host team, ensuring that all standards are maintained, bookings are maximised and that issues and complaints are resolved or escalated as needed. - You will master our bookings system, Sevenrooms, and ensure every booking and enquiry is managed. - You will be a good problem solver, responding appropriately when bookings don't always go to plan. - You will onboard and train the host team and assist the floor managers with the rota scheduling. - You will respect health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation across the floor. - You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day! - You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.
