Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is functioning properly and arranging for repairs or maintenance as needed. Addressing any issues with food quality or presentation promptly, working with the kitchen team to make necessary adjustments. Implementing and maintaining kitchen standards and procedures through Trail Hospitality to ensure consistent quality across all shifts. Customer Satisfaction: Working closely with the front of house team to handle any customer feedback or complaints regarding food quality or service.
