Supervising Kitchen Operations: Overseeing the preparation and presentation of all dishes to ensure they meet Hot N Juicy Shrimp's quality and consistency standards. Coordinating the flow of orders between the kitchen and the front of house, ensuring timely service during peak periods. Using Trail Hospitality to monitor and guide daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all tasks, such as opening checks and closing procedures, are completed efficiently and accurately. Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is functioning properly and arranging for repairs or maintenance as needed. Staff Management: Supervising and managing the kitchen staff, including chefs, kitchen porters, and other kitchen assistants. Training new staff on kitchen procedures, safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and the use of Trail Hospitality for task management.
