Facilitating shift line checks - Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment. - Handle reservations and oversee the reservation system to ensure efficient seating arrangements. - Supervise and evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions if necessary. - Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties, cash handling, and any issues arising during shifts. - Have a basic knowledge of wine and beverages.
