The purpose of this role is to elevate current Supply Chain processes & tools by designing, developing, and integrating industry-standard solutions, and significantly improving data and insights required to drive decision making. Please note that this role is 100% on-site. What You'll Be Doing: • Review current processes to identify cross-functional improvement opportunities (Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Warehousing)., • Build dashboards and KPI reports (inventory, forecast accuracy, lead times, supplier performance)., • Gather, clean, and validate data from ERP, WMS, TMS, and procurement systems., • Automate existing tools and processes to improve efficiency., • Drive continuous improvement and adopt new Power BI features and best practices., • Analyse supply chain trends to identify risks, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities., • Help define and improve key performance metrics., • Create data visualisations and present insights to stakeholders at all levels., • Support demand and supply planning with data-driven insights and scenario modelling., • Work with IT and data engineering teams to optimise data pipelines and automate reporting., • Collaborate closely across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, Quality, Commercial, and Finance., • Contribute to system implementations by defining data and reporting requirements., • Support digital transformation initiatives (AI/ML, predictive analytics, advanced planning systems)., • Maintain master data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance and security., • Support NetSuite implementation and rollout.
