You'll rotate between being behind the bar, serving drinks and managing floor duties, including running food and hosting when needed. This dynamic role requires: • Welcoming guests warmly and starting their service journey positively., • Gaining a thorough knowledge of our menu to guide guests in choosing the perfect drink., • Maintaining high service standards on both the bar and floor for swift and excellent service., • Stocking and cleaning the bar, following FIFO protocols., • Processing customer payments through cash or card., • Staying updated with the latest drink trends to assist in menu development., • Verifying the age of guests as per the Challenge 25 policy. Our venue operates from Tuesday to Saturday, 4pm to midnight, and Sunday, 4pm to 10pm. We offer competitive pay starting at £13.50 per hour plus service charge for experienced staff, and £12.50 per hour plus service for trainees.
