This paid role involves representing the organisation at promotional events, trade shows, and community activities. You will engage with potential customers, increase brand awareness, distribute promotional materials and samples, and help build positive relationships with the community.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent the brand in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
- Engage with customers to generate interest in the organisation’s products or services.
- Collect feedback and share useful insights with the marketing team.
- Support social media initiatives and help strengthen the organisation’s online presence.
- Work collaboratively to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
- Attend events, including occasional evenings or weekends, as required.
You should have strong communication skills, an outgoing and proactive approach, and the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences. Experience in marketing, customer service, or a related field is helpful but not essential. You should also be organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
