- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to keep everyone aligned.
- Document changes, maintain up-to-date process knowledge, and ensure teams understand the impact of new features or workflows.
- Track progress, flag risks early, and keep communication flowing so projects don’t stall.
