About the Role
Nexa Talent Labs Limited is a growing recruitment consultancy. We are hiring a Business Development Sales Recruiter to focus exclusively on client acquisition and revenue generation.
This role is responsible for winning new clients, securing recruitment mandates, and generating fees.
Candidate delivery, sourcing, and offer management are not part of this role.
This Role IS
A business development and sales-focused recruitment role
Responsible for:
New client outreach and lead generation
Sales conversations with hiring managers and decision-makers
Agreeing commercial terms and recruitment mandates
Handing over signed roles to delivery recruiters
Fully remote
Commission-only at the initial stage
Performance-based and results-driven
This Role IS NOT
A delivery or candidate management role
A sourcing or research role
A 360 recruitment position
An admin or operations role
A salaried role at the start
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential new clients
Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective clients
Secure signed recruitment agreements and live vacancies
Clearly brief delivery teams on new roles and client expectations
Maintain accurate records of sales activity
Build long-term client relationships
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment sales or business development
Confident conducting sales conversations and negotiations
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Comfortable working in a commission-only structure initially
Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
Commission Structure (Summary)
This role operates on a commission-only basis at the initial stage
Commission is earned on successful, paid placements from clients secured by the recruiter
Commission is calculated on fees actually received, not invoices raised
The commission structure is fixed and non-negotiable
