Overall Purpose • Provide specialist psychological support to adults in 24-hour supported accommodation, • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (with NHS/West London Health Trust), • Help service users live more independently using trauma-informed and relational approaches, • Support people with mental health, substance misuse, and complex needs, • Contribute to service development and integrate psychology into care, • Key Responsibilities 1.
