We are looking for an ambitious Sous Chef to join our team .
We also have the option of live in accommodation.
We are a busy pub / restaurant with a great reputation for fresh food.
You
We require a confident and highly skilled person to work alongside our head chef and support in the day to day running of the kitchen.
You will be responsible for running service, creating specials, training of staff and will need a thorough understanding of HACCP, COSHH, Health and safety, food costings and food hygiene is essential.
To be considered, the ideal candidate must :
Have solid training and a proven track record in high end gastro pubs or restaurant working with seasonal ingredients.
Be able to work under pressure and in a fast paced kitchen.
Have strong leadership, management and communication skills.
Be passionate, hard working, committed at all times and be flexible.
Comfortable working under pressure with high volumes.
Be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Highly organised
What’s on offer:
· Package £39-49k inc tronc share
· 45-48hrs average per week - flexible for time off over weekends

Pay: £39,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
