Duties
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
Collaborate with team members to create innovative dishes that delight our guests.
Experience
Proven experience as a commie chef within a restaurant /cafe environment is essential.
In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Experience in food preparation techniques and kitchen operation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with team members.
A passion for culinary arts and a desire to help create memorable dining experiences.
