About Us Chococo is an award-winning British chocolatier, crafting exceptional handmade chocolates using fine-origin chocolate and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail team members to support the Concession Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a warm and memorable shopping experience., • Share your knowledge of our handcrafted chocolates, helping customers choose products and gifts with confidence., • Support the Line Manager with the day-to-day tasks, • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and any concerns professionally and efficiently., • Ensure the area is beautifully presented at all times, maintaining high visual merchandising standards., • Monitor stock levels, replenish displays and assist with stock deliveries and inventory counts., • Operate the till and process transactions accurately using the POS system., • Ensure company policies, food safety standards and Selfridges operating procedures are followed at all times., • Assist with opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organised and welcoming concession. Requirements • Previous experience in premium retail, hospitality or food retail., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • A genuine passion for premium food, gifting and delivering exceptional customer experiences., • Positive, proactive and reliable, with excellent attention to detail., • Flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays in line with Selfridges trading hours., • Eligibility to work in the UK.
