Construction Engineer

Join our growing maintenance team now! We run a dynamic and busy maintenance operation, completing a wide range of works including plumbing, electrical and handyman. We are looking for single trade or multi skilled staff to join our team. This is a permanent employed position and you will receive holiday allowance, uniform and training. You will also be given an Oyster Card for work journeys. Shift times are flexible but our teams generally work 6am to 3pm, 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm. Overtime is often available. Please note that we pay MONTHLY and all staff must be able to prove valid UK right to work eligibility. The pay rate is dependant on experience, qualifications and relevant skills.

The right candidate will join our team covering private clients, housing associations, large office developments and other public sector works in Central London. He will be responsible for the projects assigned to him/her and be experienced in carrying out repairs, installation, and surveys of internal and external drainage and associated plumbing systems.

Position: Electronic Engineer Description: Requirements: • B.S. in Electronic, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering. • Knowledge/experience working with electronics and control systems. • Strong understanding of DC circuit design – including motors, controllers, and sensors. • Experience using MatLab and Simulink or any other related software. • Knowledge in vehicle engineering (preferably in electric vehicles). • (Desirable) Knowledge in design engineering and new product development.   We are looking for a professional with passion in vehicle engineering. As a PPM Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of maintenance and upkeep across all areas of the hotel. Your role will involve planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's facilities. Key Responsibilities: PPM Activities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance activities in accordance with company and departmental standards throughout the hotel. Daily Inspections: Perform daily walks of public areas and guest corridors to replace failed lamps and ensure all lights are working as designed. Guest Room Maintenance: Conduct basic PPM activities on fixtures and fittings within guest bedrooms, maintaining company and departmental standards. Reactive Maintenance: Provide a fast and professional reactive maintenance service to guest rooms and public areas as directed by departmental managers. A/C Maintenance: Ensure A/C ventilation grills are cleaned during PPM visits to guestrooms. Coordination with Housekeeping: Liaise with Housekeeping to coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities. Prompt Response: Respond promptly to maintenance inquiries across all departments. Safety Compliance: Carry out maintenance repair work while ensuring appropriate PPE is worn and safety standards are met.
