Who we’re looking for You may be a recent graduate, self-taught developer, bootcamp graduate, or someone with up to around two years of professional experience. We are more interested in what you can build than where you studied. You should have: • Built at least one complete web product or substantial personal project, • Good knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, • Experience with React and modern web development, • An understanding of APIs, databases, and backend development, • Strong software engineering fundamentals, • The ability to work independently and solve problems, • Good communication skills, • Curiosity about AI, coding agents, and developer tools You do not need professional experience with every technology we use.
