You will hold complete P&L responsibility for your accounts, taking charge of everything from securing new product listings to physical order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities: • New Business & Growth: Hunt for new opportunities, spot new store openings, turn cold leads into successful partnerships, secure premium product listings, and confidently upsell across our portfolio., • Customer Service & Retention: Build unbreakable customer relationships, resolve queries swiftly, and maintain exceptional retention rates., • Events & Tastings: Conduct evening or weekend tasting sessions (Wine, Beer, and Spirits) directly at retail stores, using your product knowledge to relay compelling brand stories., • Account Operations: Manage the full sales cycle including order-taking, invoicing, and proactive payment chasing., • Logistics & Distribution: Maintain close relationships with delivery drivers, utilize warehouse knowledge, and support the warehouse team during peak periods.
