This position is particularly suited for individuals who are returning to the workforce, seeking to reduce their hours, or those who are retired and want to remain active and involved in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing friendly and reassuring conversations to enhance their experience.
- Deliver high-quality customer care by actively listening to client needs and responding with empathy and understanding.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
- Proactively identify customer concerns and work towards effective resolutions.
