Day Care Assistant
Our care homes will treat you like part of the family when you become a Care Assistant. We expect you to provide our residents with compassionate and person-centered care, ensuring that their feelings are respected.
Guild Care positions you to provide effective care in accordance with its policies and procedures, and in compliance with best practice principles. You and your co-workers will help each other accomplish tasks while you get to know one another.
The staffing ratio in our homes is high, with an adaptable team formed around the residents' needs. In addition to providing nursing care around the clock, we have dedicated Health & Wellbeing Coordinators who provide regular and stimulating activities tailored to each individual.
When you join our team, we will discuss with you what’s on offer and your career aspirations. You will meet our friendly, supportive Learning and Development Team and join our in-house trainers in our fantastic training facilities.
You don’t need previous experience, but you must be 18 or over to apply. When recruiting new applicants to join our team we take account of a person’s potential rather than their current skills.
