You should be comfortable speaking with clients by email, over the phone and face-to-face, and confident conducting venue viewings. Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming event and booking enquiries via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner., • Respond to clients, provide venue information, menus, packages and availability, and follow up enquiries to help convert leads into bookings., • Proactively generate new leads and identify opportunities for corporate events, private parties, Christmas bookings and other functions., • Conduct venue viewings with prospective clients, confidently presenting The Listing and its different event spaces., • Follow up after viewings and maintain communication with prospective clients., • Assist with preparing quotes, proposals and event information., • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, bookings and client communications., • Work closely with the operations team to ensure confirmed event details are communicated correctly., • Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks., • Help maintain relationships with existing corporate and event clients and encourage repeat business., • Support the wider team during busy periods and with general office duties where required.
