You have to be able to communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality meals to customers on time. You will need to be able to use you own initiative at quieter times and also be able to work under pressure and as part of a team on super busy shifts, you need to be a real team-player! You will have to maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors. You must have experience with a high volume, fast paced environment and be flexible. Key Requirements for the Role ● 5+ years experience as a professional chef, ideally with experience in food trucks, events catering, or mobile kitchens. ● Proven ability to execute to exacting culinary standards in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. ● Strong understanding of food safety protocols (HACCP), allergen compliance, and mobile unit hygiene practices. ● Experience working with premium ingredients and elevated food concepts, and translating them into high-volume service. ● Ability to follow detailed spec sheets and plating guides, ensuring consistency across all shifts and staff. ● Clear communicator, comfortable taking direction from Michelin-level chefs and working collaboratively across roles. ● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel for multi-day events as required. ● Full, clean UK driver’s license and Level 2 Food Safety Certification preferred.
