And are set to open several more clubs in the coming year as we entering the exciting next chapter in our journey. We are on the hunt for a General Manager to lead one of our new clubs. Your Opportunity We are looking for a fun, outgoing and high energy team person to lead our new Greenwich Club. We are looking for a proven people-first leader, who is operationally savvy and ready to take full ownership of a space. You will run everything from sales to operations, member experience through to team management. Your primary objective is to drive both unit revenue and sales performance, supporting the club’s positive net member movement requirement. We will teach you a lot and there is huge room to grow. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to embark on an exciting journey with a startup that has big visions. You will be instrumental in shaping the direction that the company goes. This role reports directly into the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Member Experience & Community Building • Deliver a consistent 5-star hospitality experience., • Become the face of Drop-in both with members and the local community away from the club, • Host engaging community events and foster daily interactions., • Creating effective marketing activities e.g. promotions, social content and local activities, • Act on member feedback and encourage a sense of belonging. Sales & Membership Growth • Drive new memberships through tours, outreach, and local engagement., • Manage and convert leads using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot). Operations • Manage operational requirements such as maintenance and cleaning, and ensuring the physical infrastructure is on point every day, • Handle daily walkthroughs and general upkeep or our standards in club, • You’ll oversee health and safety and compliance, ensuring all is in order, • Responsible for safety, standards and service throughout the club Team Leadership • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team., • Lead the Club team to ensure they are well trained, confident and engaged, • Promote team wellbeing, lead 1:1s, and manage performance via BrightHR., • Foster a fun, joyful, inclusive culture aligned with Drop-in values., • Succession plan effectively and manage labour planning. Café Oversight • Ensure stock, coffee quality, and café equipment are maintained., • Support the barista team in delivering expertly crafted drinks and service, • Monitor Square POS transactions and ensure daily café efficiency. Who You Are • Preferred (but not essential) 2-5+ years in hospitality, cafe or retail operations. Experience in management in these industries is a bonus., • Proven experience managing a team., • Confident with sales and CRM tools; thrives in a performance-focused role., • Exceptionally organised and able to balance operations and people priorities., • Like challenges, and embraces change in a fast-paced environment., • A community builder who lights up the room and leads by example., • Flexible, proactive, and deeply committed to member and team satisfaction. They specialise in the event management of over 140 licensed brands/characters within the UK, and the manufacture of bespoke costume character mascots for clients, globally. Rainbow has been established for over 40 years and run all their operations including Event Management, Manufacture, Wardrobe, Refurbishment, Sales & Marketing, and Administration from their specialist production facility in SW19. In the near future an additional office and production facilities will be opening in Farnham, Surrey. • Event Management: Each year Rainbow organises, under license, over 1500 licensed character events throughout the UK. Working alongside licensors such as Hasbro, Mattel, Paramount, and BBC Studios, Rainbow aims to promote their brands and increase footfall for clients by providing events for popular characters/brands such as Bluey, Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol, Peter Rabbit, Paddington, and Hey Duggee., • Manufacture: Rainbow’s reputation is second to none in creating high-end custom-made costume character mascots. The company produces around 1000 handmade mascots for many of the World’s leading Brands, Attractions, Sports Teams, International Tournaments, Licensing Companies, TV and Film Studios. Clients include UEFA, Kelloggs, Ferrari, NBCUniversal, Tottenham Hotspur FC and Chelsea FC to name a few. Role of Sales Executive A SALES EXECUTIVE at Rainbow Productions is a demanding and varied role that requires excellent organisational and administrative skills. It would suit a confident, creative individual with an eye for detail and a thirst for new opportunities. They should be adaptable, diligent, personable, and comfortable using their own initiative. Whilst the candidate will inherit an established database of clients to react to and manage, offering exceptional customer service, it is imperative that they also have the drive to be proactive and create new business. They will be primarily looking after licensed character events & activations, but also bespoke mascot manufacture and refurbishment. It is anticipated that the new Sales Executive will manage the following areas of UK business: • UK Attractions, • Festivals, • Media, • Transportation Benefits • Competitive salary + uncapped commission, • Bonus incentive scheme with increased commission, • Car allowance, • Flexible working policy, • Private medical insurance, • Employee pension scheme, • Cycle to work scheme (currently under re-evaluation), • Free onsite parking, • 20 days holiday + bank holidays, • Regular industry events and socials A Driving License is essential, as it is expected to regularly arrange face to face meetings with clients throughout the UK. Upon satisfactory completion of a 6-month probationary period the candidate will be invited to join Rainbow’s Health and Workplace Pension schemes. Remuneration Competitive salary with commission paid, from day one, on all sales from existing clients and from new business. In accordance with a Bonus Incentive Scheme a further bonus will be rewarded once a sales target has been achieved and this also triggers increased commission rates. A discretionary Management Bonus is also awarded at the end of each financial year.
