Culinary Collective is on a mission to redefine food across live events, corporate catering, and semi-permanent spaces. We operate premium food trucks in partnership with Michelin-starred chefs, bringing their visionary concepts to life at some of the UK’s most iconic events – from large-scale music festivals to high-profile brand activations.
We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and service-focused Event Delivery Chef to lead food preparation, execution, and delivery from our food trucks at events. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every dish is served exactly to spec, every time – with a sharp focus on consistency, safety, and guest satisfaction.
What You’ll Achieve in Your First 12 Months
● Flawless Food Truck Execution: Deliver 100+ high-quality service sessions from our Michelin-partnered food trucks, ensuring every item meets the chef’s spec for flavour, presentation, and portioning.
● Food Safety & Compliance: Maintain 5-star hygiene standards in every environment by following rigorous food safety protocols, from prep through transport to service.
● On-Site Culinary Leadership: Serve as the lead chef on-site at events, managing service flow, equipment setup, food handling, and temporary teams as needed.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with culinary leads, logistics teams, and event managers to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on timing, portions, and quality.
● Brand & Menu Integrity: Uphold the reputation of Michelin-level food across high-volume environments — maintaining consistency under pressure and at scale.
● Guest Experience & Client Satisfaction: Support the delivery of events that leave a lasting impression — with outstanding food and a smooth, reliable service experience.

Key Requirements for the Role
● 5+ years experience as a professional chef, ideally with experience in food trucks, events catering, or mobile kitchens.
● Proven ability to execute to exacting culinary standards in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
● Strong understanding of food safety protocols (HACCP), allergen compliance, and mobile unit hygiene practices.
● Experience working with premium ingredients and elevated food concepts, and translating them into high-volume service.

● Ability to follow detailed spec sheets and plating guides, ensuring consistency across all shifts and staff.
● Clear communicator, comfortable taking direction from Michelin-level chefs and working collaboratively across roles.
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel for multi-day events as required.
● Full, clean UK driver’s license and Level 2 Food Safety Certification preferred.
