You will be responsible for maintaining our venues to the highest standards and delivering amazing results through people. Cocktail bars and banquet halls of old reclaimed decadence, offering coffee and hot-desking by day, cocktails and pizza by night for the revellers, and an Italian feast for those seeking weekend brunch. We distil our own small batch gin at each site and offer gin blending & cocktail masterclasses for good measure. WHAT’S THE DEAL? 48h per week. Starting Salary £31,500pa Increase of +£2kpa in year 1 on completion of your training. We live in a beautifully renovated, large house (15min walk distance of Queens Park) where you will have your own large bedroom + ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet) on the 1st floor.
