At Revolt Cycling, our Front of House team is the heartbeat of the studio. You’re the first face customers see when they step into the energy and atmosphere that make Revolt what it is. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love connecting with people, and bring a big personality everywhere you go, this role is for you.

Our FOH team sets the tone for an unforgettable rider experience. From hyping up first-timers, supporting our loyal regulars, managing check-ins, and keeping the studio running smoothly behind the scenes, you’re the engine that keeps Revolt moving.

What We’re Looking For

  • Big Energy & Stage Presence: You light up a room. You’re the welcoming spark customers look forward to seeing every time they walk into the studio.
  • Versatility You’re quick on your feet and thrive when things get busy.
  • Customer Obsessed You genuinely love people. You create 5* experiences for new and returning riders, always with warmth and professionalism.
  • Team-Focused Collaboration You work closely with instructors, the studio team, and management to keep the studio running seamlessly.
  • Strong Communication You’re confident, articulate, and comfortable guiding customers, answering questions, and keeping everyone in sync.
  • Reliability & Professionalism you show up on time, bring your best energy, and can be counted on when it matters.

What You’ll Do
No two days look the same at Revolt, but you’ll often find yourself:

  • Greeting every customer and checking them into class with energy and enthusiasm
  • Conduct tours to potential members and confidently promoting memberships or studio offers
  • Opening and/or closing the studio, including basic operational procedures
  • Handling customer enquiries quickly and professionally, escalating when needed
  • Managing daily studio processes such as inventory and equipment checks
  • Selling, preparing and making high quality protein shakes, handling pre-ordered shakes and those sold in studio
  • Ensuring the studio is pristine: from reception and the communal event space, to the studios, changing rooms, bar area and water station
  • Supporting the team with emergency class cover or operational needs
  • Becoming a familiar face that customers love seeing at every visit

Skills & Experience
We’d love to meet you if you:

  • Have outstanding customer service experience and skills (hospitality, retail, front-of-house, or similar)
  • Are confident, personable, and comfortable engaging with all types of people
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to stay calm and empathetic
  • Bring a proactive attitude and can prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Work well in a team and communicate clearly
  • Possess basic knowledge of Google Drive and IT systems to carry out operational processes
  • Have a passion for fitness, cycling, or energetic group training environments
  • Are comfortable with early mornings, evenings, and weekends. This isn’t a 9-to-5 role! You’ll be keeping the studio running and the energy high.

Perks & Benefits

  • Work in a fun, high-energy fitness environment
  • Free unlimited Revolt Cycling classes
  • Opportunity to grow within the studio
  • Discounts on merch and shakes
  • Regular team events & socials
  • A workplace where personality, energy, and authenticity are celebrated
