Your role will involve engaging with customers as they arrive, managing bookings, and handling guest reviews with professionalism and charm. You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining our restaurant’s reputation and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. • Manage reservations, ensuring efficient use of our seating capacity. • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and reviews with a positive and solutions-oriented approach. • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow. • Attract and engage potential customers, both in-person and through social media, to boost restaurant traffic. • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. • Assist with special events and promotions to enhance guest experience. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Host, Receptionist, or in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Energetic, outgoing, and able to handle busy environments with ease. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure. • Familiarity with reservation systems and social media is a plus. • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Paradiso burger and cocktail bar is in the heart of Kingley Court operating on 2 floors, we serve fresh food, amazing cocktails and on the weekends we offer bottomless brunch. Here at paradiso we train our team members to work on the bar and on the floor providing table service so everyone has the knowledge to work in any section. What we are looking for.
