The role of a Maitre d’: - Take responsibility for a smooth table allocation for both walk-ins and bookings in all restaurant sections, managing turn times effectively. - Anticipate guests’ needs, timely communicating any special requests to floor and kitchen – be proud to coordinate all departments! - Contribute to building a regular customer base, warmly engaging with guests from door to table and beyond - you are our greatest asset! Experience: - Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not essential. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with guests and team members. - A background in restaurant or bar environments would be advantageous. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for this role. - Knowledge of using Sevenrooms reservation system effectively.
