Responsibilities: · Provide friendly and welcome contact with all guests, face to face, via telephone and email. · Ensure all guest requests are recorded accurately on PMS and communicated clearly to other departments as required. · Meticulously handling all reservations, cancellations and amendments on a daily basis via telephone, email and the website. · Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all short and long-term marketing promotions and opportunities. · Taking a proactive approach to understand and promote our company's portfolio of serviced apartments and service offering. · Being friendly and helpful when it comes to customer service and always working towards building relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat and regular business. · Work alongside the Revenue Manager and Events Manager.
