Project Rams Limited, a growing construction company, is seeking a motivated Junior Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This part-time, remote role is ideal for someone starting their career, eager to learn, organized, and confident in communicating with clients and suppliers. Occasional in-person meetings in London will be required.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Managing and responding to emails from clients and suppliers.
  • Following up on new and existing leads.
  • Making and receiving professional phone calls.
  • Keeping inboxes organized and up to date.
  • Assisting with company social media accounts (posting and basic engagement).
  • Preparing and sending invoices.
  • Managing the director’s diary and scheduling meetings.
  • Providing general administrative support across the business.

We are looking for someone with:


  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good organization and attention to detail.
  • Basic IT skills (email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage time and work independently.
  • An interest in construction or business administration is a bonus, but not essential.
  • No extensive experience is required – full guidance will be provided.
