Job Summary A Professional Butcher in a factory setting is responsible for processing, cutting, and preparing meat products efficiently while following strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Cut, trim, debone, and process meat according to production requirements., • Inspect meat for quality, freshness, and compliance with safety standards., • Operate industrial butchery equipment safely and efficiently., • Package, label, and store meat products correctly., • Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety, HACCP, and workplace safety regulations., • Experience in a meat processing or factory environment preferred., • Knowledge of meat cuts and food safety procedures., • Meat processing factory with cold temperatures and shift-based work.
