Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus., • Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards., • Oversee and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness., • Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed., • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a busy kitchen environment., • Excellent communication and leadership skills., • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced setting., • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment., • Flexible schedule to accommodate the operational hours from 8 am to 5 pm.
