We are an independent neighbourhood restaurant in Chingford, founded by husband-and-wife chefs Ravneet Gill and Mattie Taiano. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help lead the team through preparation and service, maintain standards across every section and support the development of the chefs around you. The Role You will: Lead the kitchen team during preparation and service. Run the kitchen confidently in the Head Chef’s absence.
