Where will I be working? This is a full-time office based role working at our offices in Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR) Key Responsibilities: • Support the Debt Recovery Team Leader in delivering efficient services to Back Office and Property Managers., • Manage relationships with Property Managers and schedule quarterly review meetings., • Analyse and resolve operational issues to minimise business impact., • Produce reports to identify trends, potential problems, and opportunities for performance improvement., • Assist in developing and maintaining procedures and systems to support operational delivery., • Resolve customer queries escalated from Property Managers and external debt collection solicitors., • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail., • Previous experience in Credit Control or Debt Recovery is highly advantageous., • Comfortable working to SLAs and deadlines., • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal., • Confident problem solver with strong analytical skills., • Intermediate Excel skills and ability to interpret data effectively., • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel to an intermediate/advanced level.
