We are looking for a Motorcycle technician to join our team . The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong technical background and experience in the motorcycle repair sector. Duties will range from routine servicing to complete engine rebuilds. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Suzuki and Piaggio motorcycles and scooter products and experience with diagnostic equipment. Must have experience working in a main dealer environment, possess your own tools, have a clean full motorcycle driving licence, the ability to diagnose faults and be able to work in an efficient and timely manner as part of a team. An excellent salary will be awarded to the successful candidate which will fully reflect both qualifications and experience. We may also be prepared to pay more if the right candidate with right level of qualifications and experience applies. We are looking for reactive maintenance staff to join our growing team working across the capital and UK. We welcome applicants with a range of skills; handystaff, plumbers, electricians and decorators can all apply! You will be required to travel between sites to assess and complete reactive tasks and will be given an Oyster card or will have use of company pool vans. This PSV Technician role is vital for ensuring vehicle reliability and compliance with safety standards. Benefits: 23 days holiday pa + bank holidays Responsibilities: As a PSV Technician, conduct routine maintenance and repairs in line with VOSA standards. The PSV Technician will perform diagnostics for mechanical and electronic faults. Record faults, and the work done to fix them, using a tablet. Follow safety instructions and reporting any issues. Maintain workshop cleanliness and inventory, a responsibility of the PSV Technician. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in the PSV Technician field, with comprehensive vehicle maintenance knowledge. A strong commitment to health and safety standards. Irtec Qualification for maintenance and repair of public service vehicles or heavy goods vehicles OR at least five years’ experience repairing and maintaining public service or heavy goods vehicles which you will need to evidence.
