Night Dementia Support Worker

Haviland House is a specialist dementia care home, purpose built in 2015 to fulfil the needs of residents living with different stages of dementia. Our key focus is providing a truly person-centred approach. It is important that Haviland House feels like a real home, so we have created an environment in which our residents are happy, independent and confident.

You will feel like part of a family when you join us as a Butterfly Support Worker at Haviland House. You will provide person-centred support for our residents that requires empathy and compassion, respecting that feelings matter the most.

Our approach is all about making Haviland House a home for life and making it a calming and comfortable environment for our residents which also means that staff no longer wear uniforms or adhere to strict routines.

You don't need a background in care to apply; we take account of a person’s potential rather than their current skills. When applying please give examples to demonstrate how you would make a positive difference to a person's life by contributing to their health, happiness and wellbeing.
