  Urban Revivo, a fashion brand under the FMG Group, is expanding in the UK, and we’re looking for a Fashion Buyer who is both trend-savvy and commercially driven. If you can identify what’s next and what sells, this is the role for you. At UR, our Buyer isn’t just a trend spotter and you’ll play a key role in shaping fast-fashion collections that are stylish, market-relevant, and built for strong sell-through. You’ll work closely with designers and merch partners as a squad to deliver high-performing product ranges for the UK and European markets. What You’ll Do • Lead product selection with a strong sales mindset, choose items that are not only fashionable but also commercially successful., • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to guide buying strategy., • Work closely with designers to turn concepts into highly sellable products., • Review samples, fits, and product direction to ensure alignment with market needs., • Partner with merchandising on assortment structure, pricing, stock flow, and product performance. Monitor weekly sales and take action to maximise sell-through and margin., • Contribute ideas for future ranges based on trend insight and real-time customer behaviour. What We’re Looking For • 2-6 years’ buying experience in fast fashion or commercial womenswear., • Strong taste level and excellent trend awareness - you know what looks good and what the UK/EU customer will buy., • Commercial mindset - able to read performance and make business-led decisions., • Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese (speaking, reading, writing) to collaborate with HQ and cross-border teams., • Comfortable in a fast-paced, reactive working environment., • Strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities. TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A LADIESWEAR FASHION BUYER OR SENIOR BUYER As a Senior Buyer you will be responsible for developing, sourcing and delivering an on- trend and commercially focused range, whilst driving profit and enhancing the brand position. You will support the Buying Director and Head of Buying in the development and delivery of the Buying Strategy whilst maintaining strong, professional relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent quality and service whilst negotiating new supplier agreements to achieve profitable pricing and delivery terms Your key responsibilities will be: • Planning and building a commercially balanced range, whilst achieving margin targets as set by company;, • Drives regular product reviews, ensuring coordination across departments in terms of trends, looks and colour palettes., • Deep understanding of fabrics, garment constructions and the whole buying process with a strong print eye. (More a skill/experience), • Operates an effective and timely product sign off process, in line with the critical path and planning cycle;, • Leading ladieswear in driving trend-led collections with the right level newness/fashion/trend., • Takes responsibility for maximising profit on the department through strong negotiation and development of global supplier relations;, • Trade the department and analyse relevance of new and emerging trends for the brand and plan accordingly., • Works collaboratively with the merchandising team to monitor and control trade, in order to ensure stock turn, margin targets and profit levels are achieved; TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A LADIESWEAR FASHION BUYER Candidate skills and experience • Working as a Buyer level in a ladieswear fashion retailer., • Dress buying experience would desired, • Proven track record of developing and trading highly commercial fashion ranges that exceed sales/ profit targets, • Deep understanding of fabrics, garment construction and the whole buying process with a strong print eye., • A passion for trends who excels in delivering trend inspiring fashion to the high street, • Experienced in negotiating with suppliers for a competitive cost and lead times.
