Registered Nurse (Nights)
As a Registered Nurse at Linfield House you will really get to know your care home residents, putting individuals’ choices and preferences at the heart of all you do. Doing so creates the sense that you are all living together within a safe environment.
We want to give our Nursing Team the time to support someone’s wellbeing, both emotionally and physically. It is truly a multidisciplinary role working with GPs, OTs, Physios, Care & Support staff, families and, most importantly, the individual’s themselves.
Linfield House is a residential and nursing care home that includes an 11-bed dementia suite. We promote independent living, providing residents with the support and person-centred care that they need to flourish.
Our home has a high staff-to-resident ratio, with a versatile team built around residents' needs. As well as providing around-the-clock nursing care, we have dedicated Health & Wellbeing Coordinators who deliver regular and stimulating activities catered to individuals' interests.
As a Registered Nurse the post holder will comply with standards of professional practice/conduct and maintain valid registration with the NMC in order to practice.
