About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about people, quality service, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and handle customer feedback
  • Manage staffing levels, rotas, and recruitment
  • Monitor financial performance, stock, and cost controls
  • Ensure standards of health & safety and food hygiene are maintained
  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive business performance

About You


  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Passionate about hospitality and customer service
  • Commercially aware with strong organisational ability
  • Hands-on, positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

Salary: Up to £50,000 per year
