THE ROLE
At Southern Fried Chicken Southampton, U.K, we strive to provide an excellent dining experience. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who can oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high food standards. The restaurant manager will also be responsible for developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will help contribute to the growth and popularity of our restaurant.
As a restaurant manager, you'll have responsibility for the restaurant's business performance, quality standards, and health and safety, as well as staff and customer satisfaction.
As a restaurant manager, you'll need to:
Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Supervising shifts and ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Maximising customer satisfaction and responding to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Controlling operational costs and finding ways to reduce waste and increase profitability.
RIGHT TO WORK
In line with the requirements of UK immigration legislation, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documentary evidence of eligibility to work will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
Salary: £29,000 gross per year
Working hours: 44 hours per week
