Junior Chef de Partie required to work Monday to Friday approx 40 - 50 hours per week. You must be available to work shifts between the hours of 8.30am and 10.00pm. You will work with a small kitchen team of 6 in a family run restaurant and bar in London, EC4. The menu is modern European and you should have some experience in this sector.
