Key responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the reception team, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures. - Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience. - Train and mentor junior receptionists, maintaining high standards of service. - Manage phone and email inquiries, assisting with bookings and special requests. - Work closely with front-of-house and management teams to ensure seamless operations. - Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
