Role and Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects, including the kitchen, dining area, and customer service. - Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. - Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, analyse financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to optimise profitability. - Promotions and Marketing: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. - Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory to minimise waste - Ensure that every guest receives prompt and friendly service, addressing any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner. - Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations. Requirements: - Must be authorised to work in the UK - 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry preferred. - Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a small team. - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. - Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. - Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues and finding solutions. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the demands of the business.
