The Role We are looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced Support Workers / Key Workers to join our bank team and provide additional weekend cover. We are particularly looking for staff who are available across Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, including day, evening and sleep-in shifts. Resident support • Conduct regular face-to-face support sessions with allocated residents., • Complete and review Individual Support Plans and Support & Move-On Plans within required timescales., • Maintain accurate support logs and electronic resident records., • Help residents develop independent living and life skills, including budgeting and financial management., • Assist with Housing Benefit and Universal Credit matters, rent arrears and benefit issues where required., • Support residents with education, training, employment, housing and move-on options., • Encourage residents to engage with agreed support plans., • Identify safeguarding or welfare concerns and escalate them appropriately., • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
