Administrative Assistant We are looking for a highly organised, reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our operation. The successful candidate will work closely with management, helping to keep administration, communication and key operational tasks organised and up to date. This role would suit someone who is professional, confident, detail-focused and able to manage several priorities at once. Key responsibilities will include: • Supporting management with general administration and organisation, • Managing emails, documents, records and important deadlines, • Preparing and updating trackers, spreadsheets and reports, • Assisting with rotas, payroll information and team records where required, • Organising meetings, notes, action points and follow-ups, • Monitoring outstanding tasks and ensuring actions are completed on time, • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation, • Maintaining accurate filing and confidential records, • Communicating professionally with team members, managers and external contacts, • Helping identify ways to improve organisation, efficiency and communication, • Providing additional administrative support where required
