Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a small kitchen, responsible for washing dishes by hand, and using stairs to transport dishes from our kitchen to our wine bar. Key duties include maintaining cleanliness, assisting kitchen staff, and ensuring a smooth operation between the kitchen and bar. Requirements: Comfortable working in a confined kitchen space. Proficient in hand-washing dishes and kitchen utensils. Physically capable of carrying dishes up and down stairs. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work under pressure. Passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.
