Sommelier Full time contract 35-48 hours per week About Park Chinois Park Chinois represents the ultimate Chinese fine dining and entertainment restaurant. The 1930s Shanghai inspired ambience opens its doors to an eclectic selection of music and vocal performances in an atmosphere of sophisticated, charming elegance, combined with exceptional food quality underpinned by classic fine dining service culture. The Role As Sommelier you will report and closely work with the Assistant Head Sommelier and support all aspects of wine service. The role presents the opportunity to develop international wine knowledge, especially French wine, and master the art of fine wine service. The Sommelier works closely with the in-house team of Sommeliers in implementing the delivery of the finest details of wine service, such as appropriate glassware standards and wine service equipment. Skills and Experience requirements As Sommelier you will be expected to have good wine knowledge and be in possession of level 2 WSET, as well as working experience in a high-end restaurant of at least 2 years. About the Role: We are a UK-based entertainment company specializing in the production of large-scale concerts, particularly for Chinese artists and audiences. We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Press Officer to lead media communications and public relations for our concerts and touring projects. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and English, with a passion for music, storytelling, and cross-cultural engagement. Key Responsibilities: Write and edit press releases, artist features, media kits, and performance-related articles in both English and Mandarin. Coordinate with Chinese and UK-based media outlets to secure press coverage, interviews, and event promotion. Manage the company’s public image across social media platforms (e.g., Weibo, WeChat, Xiaohongshu). Conduct research on trends in the live entertainment industry and develop strategic PR plans. Produce written content for various formats, including print publications, web copy, promotional video scripts, and tour brochures. Accompany artists and teams on international tours to provide on-site media support and content collection. Liaise with artists’ representatives, media agencies, production partners, and sponsors to ensure clear and consistent messaging. Who We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualifications: Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken). Excellent writing and editorial skills with the ability to tailor tone for media, promotional, and social formats. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate with diverse stakeholders across time zones and cultures. The Role The Waiter/Waitress primary role is to manage the flow of service for an entire section either during lunch, dinner or late-night performances. He/she will bring a personal exuberance to a unique cinematic and musical setting, serving each table within the essence of the true dinner-dance experience at Park Chinois. Their main responsibility is guest care, and service energy and dynamics in its entirety. By maintaining service standards and anticipating floor service needs, and with an excellent product knowledge, they also support and inspire the Commis Waiters (Food Runners) to continuously improve. Skills and Experience requirements • The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working as a Waiter or Head Waiter, in a well-established restaurant, private members club or comparable establishment.
