In terms of what we do, we are a Mexo -American restaurant and a modern interpretation of the American diner. The menu consists of tacos, wings, sliders, po’ boys and salads. I am also considering operating some dark kitchens out of the same premises so if you have a passion for cooking, we can work together to develop a new restaurant menu specifically for the delivery apps. I’m thinking along the lines of smash burgers etc. The successful candidate would become my right hand person when it comes to the restaurant and hospitality arm of my businesses and if you help me grow, I will ensure your route for progression remains open, accessible and fast paced.
