Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Haverhill, Suffolk - Up to £45,000 Per annum Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a large estate consisting of multiple buildings near Haverhill in Suffolk. The successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this commercial building environment, as well as building a strong relationship with the site-based client team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building services. This position would be ideal for a Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who lives locally in the area. In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £45,000 with a potential route into further career progression. Duties: Carry out all aspects of planned & reactive maintenance activities across mechanical plant and systems . Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc Commercial heating systems AHUs, FCUs, and associated HVAC equipment. Carry out system fault-finding and diagnostics Liaise directly with the client's estates teams to ensure maintenance activities are aligned Monitor mechanical plant Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Hours of Work & Salary Up to £45,000 per annum Monday to Friday (40 Hour week) 8:00 to 17:00 25 Days Holiday Requirements Mechanical qualifications - NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 TPBN1_UKTJ
