The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our Learning Development Department within the Senior School. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with specific learning needs Assist teachers with lesson preparation and differentiated learning activities Encourage independent learning, organisational skills, and motivation Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment Help students build confidence, self-esteem, and effective study habits Liaise with teachers, SENCo, and external agencies to ensure effective support Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to reviews Promote inclusion, safeguarding, and equal opportunities at all times The Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will be a passionate and adaptable team player who is committed to supporting young people in achieving their potential.
