We are seeking a creative and passionate Male/Female Junior Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist senior stylists in providing exceptional hair services to our clients while learning and honing their craft in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities: - Perform hair styling services including washing hair, retwisting Locs, colouring, and treatments ,etc under the guidance of senior stylists. - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. - Provide excellent customer service to clients by actively listening to their needs and preferences. - Support store management in daily operations. - Engage in upselling salon products and services to clients. - Communicate effectively with team members and clients. - Assist with front desk duties when required.
Experience: - Previous experience working in a salon or similar environment is preferred but not required. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Passion for the hair(Locs) industry and staying current on trends. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
