Warehouse & Despatch Operative Hayes, London £30,000 per year Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm (1-hour lunch, no weekends or bank holidays) About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse & Despatch Operative to join our clients team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and dispatching daily orders, managing incoming goods, and maintaining accurate stock control within a busy warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery and courier dispatch, • Load vehicles safely and ensure timely departures, • Manage delivery schedules and route planning support, • Receive, check, and book in deliveries against purchase orders, • Monitor stock levels, replenish pick locations, and manage returns, • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse, • Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records, • Provide occasional delivery driver cover when required What We’re Looking For • Strong organisation and time management skills, • Flexible, hands-on approach with attention to detail, • Good communication and teamwork skills, • Customer-focused mindset, • Awareness of health & safety practices Requirements • Full, clean UK driving licence (3.5t vehicle), • Forklift driving experience, • Previous warehouse and stock management experience, • Basic IT skills If you’re dependable, proactive, and ready to take ownership of your day-to-day workload, we’d love to hear from you.
